A man who talks too much is offered half a million dollars to live in silence for a whole year, if he fails, he loses the wager. The difference comes down to the will of man as the man had the choice of being subjected to a fate similar to that of 'Old Boy', yet has chose to do so by the large ego of his own greed.
Both stories are compelling yet saddening yet i'm provoked to concern about the psychological effects they have on the character.
